design
competition
organizer
don't claim
ownership of
the IP. The IP
will either
belong to your
university or
your team
depending on
your
university's
IP policy.
However, the
participants
will have to
sign a
Participant
Release Form
that grants
the rights to
the organizer
to publish
project paper
submitted.

Altera DE1/DE2
board
automatically.
There are a
few possible
ways you can
get access to
the board:
- Use board
available in

lab.
- Loan from
your
university/college.
- Ask your
advisor to
request a
board donation
through Altera
University
