Keysight Technologies

Keysight Technologies Malaysia began its manufacturing operations in 1972 as Hewlett Packard, with only 60 employees producing core memory stacks in a rented bungalow at Macalister Road in Penang.

Today, Keysight occupies a 42-acre site in Bayan Lepas, in a 1.2 million sqft facility, with a workforce of about 2,600 employees, with majorities being professionals. The facility includes a Learning Center equipped with amenities such as computer laboratories, seminar rooms and resource libraries. In addition, Keysight has a well-equipped sports complex, multi-purpose court, in-house clinic, convenience store and a world class auditorium.

Keysight Technologies has made tremendous strides since its modest beginnings in 1972. With manufacturing, R&D, Sales & Marketing and worldwide business management support under one roof, Keysight Malaysia is now the springboard to the dynamic Asia Pacific region.

Working at Keysight can be a very exciting experience for many new employees. We have adopted a very casual approach when it comes to employee interaction and communication. Our "open office" practice of communication includes an open-door approach, regular management updates and employee forums. Together, these practices have created a culture of two-way and open communication between the Keysight Malaysia management team and the employees.

Being a high growth, high performance company, Keysight Malaysia provides opportunities for growth, innovation and development.
