Application Engineer

Job Description

  • Develops and conducts technical presentation and demonstration to prospective clients engaged in the design and analysis of Mechanical Engineering
  • Insuring the value delivery of the software solutions to the Customer and optimizing the use of the tools for the Customer.
  • Pre-sales role to uncover in-depth requirements from consulting with customers as part of the sales process in order to link to the best solution.
  • Work closely with colleagues as part of 24 by 7 technical support, provide 1st level system support to customers (troubleshooting and problem resolution).
  • Work closely with marketing team to provide technical resources and contents for marketing events & materials.
  • Provide feedback to product managers and marketing on customer requirements, product problems and application success stories.

Job Requirements

  • Responsible for detailed mechanical design and drafting work based on customer requirement, specifications using 2D & 3D CADs Software.
  • Liaise and work in close collaboration with our production and sales teams to optimize engineering design.

  • Monitor and ensure all deliverables of the O&M contract is fulfilled.
