Innovate Malaysia 2018 Winners

Winners have been announced in the Grand Finale held at MaGIC Cyberjaya on 9 July 2018. Congratulations to the winning teams!

The Innovate Malaysia Excellence Award 2018 goes to Google track winner from UTM with project entitled " Intelligent CCTV for Workplace Safety and Security Using TensorFlow Deep Learning Application". The team members are Lim Ji Chen, Chin Linn Kern, &Matthias Tiong Foh Thye, supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramesh K S @ Mohd Zaidi Bin Abd Rozan & Dr. Mohd Shahrizal Bin Rusli.

Tan Pei Seng, Lee Chee Heng, & Goh Kai Woon from UTM won the IEM Best Paper Award under supervision of Dr. Yeong Che Fai
with paper entitled "Development of Elderly Companion Robot with Monitoring and Social Interaction Capabilities".

Law Khuan Foo, Koh Ye Sheng, & Dalbir Singh Banwait A/L Amrik Singh from USM won the DreamCatcher Best Demo Video Award under supervision of Prof. Dr. Zaidi Mohd Ripin with project entitled " Intelligent Lower Limb Stroke Rehabilitation Machine (iLLSRM) with EEG Monitoring System".
